Steve Boudalis - President   

    Steve is certified as a biology and comprehensive science teacher K-12.  He has been teaching at Passaic High School for 23 years. As President, Steve is released from his classroom teaching duties to serve as full-time President.  As president, he works with all of the committees and is the spokesperson for the EAP. He is a member of the negotiating team.

   

Jacquelyn Diggs - Second Vice-President    

    Jacque is a first grade teacher at William B. Cruise Memorial School #11.  She has also taught second grade and middle school math.  As Second Vice-President, Jacque oversees the Benefits, House Responsibilities, Board Watch, Programs and United Way.  

    In addition to her duties as local vice-president, Jacque currently serves as an "at Large" member of the NJEA Executive Committee where she represents ethnic-minority members.  She NJEA Women In Education Committee.

Gloria Louis - Secretary  

Gloria Louis is a second grade teacher at Jefferson School No. 1. Gloria has served as Delegate at Large, Legislative Action Team liaison to PCEA and Membership Chairperson.  She has been involved in many association activities such as Parent Involvement and FAST.  Gloria has been active as a member of the No. 1 School SPMT.   

George Illenye - First Vice-President    

    George is a seventh grade computer teacher at Lincoln Middle School.  Prior to that, he taught math at the middle and high schools.  As First Vice-President George oversees the Member Organizing, Board Watch, House Responsibilities,  and Working Conditions committees. George is responsible for grievances. George also serves as the chairperson of the Local Professional Development Committee.  He is a member of the negotiating team.

Stephan Gubar - Treasurer      

   Stephan is a school psychologist at Passaic High School.  He is responsible for the Board Liaison program,  and Teacher Education and Professional Standards.  Stephan is a member of the negotiating team.

Loretta Bradley - Delegate at Large                                        

     Loretta is a first grade teacher at Grant School #7.  She is responsible for Parent Organizing and Program Activities.  Loretta is also Second Vice President of the PCEA and represents Passaic County on the NJEA Government Relations Committee.

 

Joe Becker - Delegate at Large   

   Joe is a history teacher at PHS.  During his 11 years in the district Joe has served as an AR chairing the Constitution Committee.  Joe has an interest in parliamentary procedure is focusing on a study of Robert's Rules of Order.  Joe has been active on the legislative action team lobbying in Trenton on numerous occasions over the past two years.  Joe met with Senator Furnari and Assemblymen Sarlo and Fraguela compelling the introduction of bills to restore $5 million to Passaic City Schools. 

Carylmead Eggleston - Delegate at Large

Carylmead is a guidance counselor at Passaic High School.  She

oversees the Board Watch and philanthropic Committees.

Donna Mickolajczyk - Delegate at Large

Donna is assigned to the Central Administration building.  She is currently the full-time Reading First Coordinator for the district.

Donna oversees the PAC committee.

Luz Esquilin -  Delegate at Large

Luz is a school nurse assigned to School No. 5.

Kathy Otterbine - Delegate at Large

Kathy teaches 2nd grade at Jefferson School No. 1.

Mario Vitiello -  Delegate at Large

Mario teaches history at Lincoln Middle School.
